A truly beautiful space and a wellness experience that can be enjoyed any day of the week. The best relaxation massage I have ever had (thank you Effie) and completely fell in love with self-guided Hammam steam and scrub. My skin has never felt better! Thoughtful touch points like snack and hydration areas, lounge area, bathroom ammenities, and attentive staff make it feel luxe and welcoming. Can't wait to return! Thank you SOS.

Went here for the first time and was greeted by this lovely lady. The check in orocess was very smooth confirming the name and time for the booking. She then explained one by one where each designated room is. It was honestly really peaceful, calming, and relaxing. The bathhouse consists of magnesium pool, cold plunge, sauna, steam room, and other changing rooms as well as public and private shower. 1) The pool was really nice, even though it was quite small for the number of people allowed and allocated each timeslot. The tenperature was nice and warm. 2) The cold plunge was freezingly cold that can literally numb all the muscles in my body. It was really small, just enough to fit one person at a time. Definitely need to tolerate with other people. 3) The sauna was really good. It was again, just enough to fit about 5-6 people at one time. It was good though. Definitely made me sweat. 4) My favourite would be hammam or the steam room. The steam filling up the room was definitely so good. The temperature was just nice. It was also large, more than enough to fit 7 people and above. Then there was a space deaignated to chill and relax with seats and snacks as well as tea. The staffs was also kind and nice, offering the clients some drinks, and always made sure that the floor did not have puddle of water. The toilet was clean. The private showers were equipped with soap, and shampoo. The environment was definitely very warm and welcoming. Really live that chic and cozy decor. The music playing in the background definitely made me want to fall asleep, really calming and relaxing. Overall, really recommended! Definitely would come again. 9.7/10! Love it a lot!

My favourite little escape without having to travel far. I appreciate the judgement and phone free zone. I’ve had a few massages here and regularly use the bathing facilities. The hammam is the standout for me - I always look forward to it and it’s perfect when I need to switch off. I recently made a purchase in their retail space and found the customer service genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, it’s a reliable inner-city retreat, I always leave feeling rested and reset.

Had a really good experience at A Sense of Self. The massage was incredibly relaxing, exactly what I needed, it was calm, grounding, and done with great care. The bath house was also excellent, very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up, making the whole experience feel peaceful and indulgent. Overall, such a beautiful space for rest and reset. I’ll definitely be coming back and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a truly relaxing experience.

The massage portion of my booking was incredible! The woman completing my service was so lovely and very relaxing! However the bath house…. I was allocated two hours I was out and dressed and leaving an hour in… it is very small and there was over 20 people in the same time. The space has one average? Sized warm pool a very small maybe 2 person ice pool and a sauna that max firs 4 people without being squished …. Really disappointing wide and I wish I’d saved my money and birthday voucher on just a massage …
