Staff was so incredibly friendly and listened to exactly what I needed. They went above and beyond with my massage and the sauna is such a great way to switch off. P.s Sarah is AMAZING!!!! Already rebooking🥰

I had booked in for a remedial massage. And it was by far the worst place I have ever been. The therapist doesn’t speak English, barely understands what you tell them. They barely look at the form that they asked you to fill in. There was lack of respect and privacy, the therapist was impatient opens the door when you barely have been undressed. Doesn’t even check before opening the door. The massage was not that great and when you asked for certain areas not to be worked on she still went ahead and did it. I would not recommend this place at all.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. Owner hurried me up into the room by physically pushing me with their hand (Don't touch your customer uwantedly). The masseuse did not speak any English and appeared to have no real experience in remedial massage. The service felt rushed and careless, with no regard for the customer at all. Listened to nothing I said about body partys to target.. A complete waste of money. I will never return.

My sister introduced this place and gave me a gift card for my birthday. At first, I just wanted to give it a try. I didn’t expect the environment of this shop to be so good. My sister bought me a big package, which is a sauna + floating cabin + massage. It’s about a 90-minute package in total. The clerk’s service was very good. When I entered the door, they politely greeted me and prepared tea for me while introducing their treatments. After this 90-minute experience, I felt refreshed and comfortable all over. It was great. I recommend the young male therapist. He has very good skills. But I think their therapist are all excellent and the price is very affordable. I highly recommend everyone to come and experience it. During the chat with them, they mentioned that they will be holding an promotion soon. You can follow their website.
