I was very happy with my treatment. I had dry needling and remedial massage and I had the best sleep that night with the numbness in my right hand eased significantly. My neck also felt much looser afterwards. The whole environment was lovely. I felt relaxed the moment I walked in. It’s calm and welcoming, not pretentious at all. A lot of care and thought given to the place. I also love the location in Carlton. Highly recommend.

Value for money! Really kind and attentive staff. I went for a remedial massage and definitely felt like a lot of the tension in my body has dissolved. I appreciated that the masseuse I had was able to adjust the pressure to suit the different areas of my body. She even gave me tips for stretches after. I will be coming back again to this place.

From the moment you step through the door you are greeted with the relaxing sounds of trickling water from the impressive water feature behind the counter. The space feels warm and welcoming and a pot of herbal tea at a perfect temperature sits waiting to warm you from the inside out. The vibe is zen and peaceful. My therapist Jade was wonderful- thank you Jade! I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep! Would love to return when the bath and steam room are fully installed. 🧖‍♀️🌊
