Such a relaxing experience at Arima Spa! From the moment we arrived, the whole space felt calm, clean and beautifully designed. We really enjoyed the bathhouse and loved having the lounge area afterwards to relax and unwind. The facilities are well thought out, with everything you need to freshen up before heading out. It’s also such a great option for anyone arriving early in Melbourne and looking for somewhere to relax before hotel check-in. We left feeling completely refreshed and recharged. Such a lovely experience and I’d happily visit again!

My partner and I had an absolute ripper of a day here! 😄 First up, it’s smack bang in the heart of the CBD, so getting there was easy as. The place is unbelievably clean and looks almost brand new. I honestly tried to find something dirty, outdated or dodgy… but I reckon even my mum would’ve approved! 😂 Then came our classic Aussie stuff-up. We’d accidentally bought the wrong early-bird weekend tickets and thought we’d completely cooked it. We were expecting a massive crowd and a polite “Sorry, mate.” Instead, the staff were absolute legends. They understood what had happened, sorted us out, and let us in anyway. That’s customer service you don’t forget. The funniest part? We were mentally preparing to be packed in like sardines… but the place was surprisingly quiet! Plenty of room to relax without bumping elbows with strangers every five seconds. There was a huge hot pool, a few smaller pools if you wanted your own little slice of peace, plus a sauna, steam room and massage rooms (which we didn’t even need this time!). Being a mixed-gender spa was the cherry on top. My partner and I could enjoy everything together, and she even gave me a shoulder massage while we soaked in the hot pool. Best value massage I’ve ever had! 😄 No noisy mates doing cannonballs, no one disturbing the peace—just a relaxing day together. If you’re after a clean, modern place to unwind without feeling like you’re sharing a bathtub with half of Melbourne, this is the spot. We’ll definitely be back… and next time I’m hoping for an even longer shoulder massage! 😉

SOOO worth it! We booked the student package, which included 2 hours, but we were able to stay longer and never felt rushed to leave. The package came with bath slippers, a towel, and a PJ set. It also included unlimited hot and cold drinks, plus food (unlimited tea egg). The staff were incredibly friendly and managed the facility well. The entire place was peaceful, clean, and well-maintained. We had access to the public bathhouse, sauna, steam room, Himalayan salt room and the individual ladies' spa. The shower facilities were spacious and stocked with amenities for women, including Dyson hair dryers, hair ties, sanitary pads, tampons, cotton pads, combs, and shower caps. Had a great birthday here! I will definitely be back :)

Such a fun and unique spa experience! There is a heated pool, sauna, women only tubs + steam room, Himalayan Salt room, cafe, Dyson hair dryers, luxurious shower rooms, secure lockers, and many more! There are also some claw machines which I couldn’t resist trying my luck. Ended up snagging 2 toys to take home? The staffs are friendly and quick to assist with anything. Great for relaxing and having a playful break. Highly recommend!
