I recently went and got the 90-minute Urban Release Package at Chuan Spa, and it was exactly what I needed. The combination of the scrub and massage was incredible. My masseuse was especially amazing; she really understood how to target all my tightest areas while making sure I felt completely calm and relaxed throughout. It's a wonderful spot and I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking to totally zen out.

Experienced this spa today for the first time and had an amazing and relaxing experience. Upon arrival you are given a key to a locker that has your bath robe and slippers provided. You can then change and enjoy the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna and snail shower before your spa appointment. The change rooms are well designed that you can enter it via the spa rooms. Tea and fresh fruits are offered. In house guest gets discount. Had Angela as my masseur today and she was amazing in helping me untie my knots on my shoulders with the remedial massage. Will be back!

We had a great couples experience at the Chuan Spa within the Langham. I recommend booking on a weekday to avoid the extra fee for weekends. Both of our spa therapists were very nice and the oils they used were lovely. Afterwards we were treated to a relaxation area with tea and snacks. It's worth spending extra time and visiting the sauna, though that's separated male-female.

Highly enjoyable appointment I had in May. I was booked in for the two hour couples package. 1/2 hour Body scrub, 1 hour massage then 1/2 hour express facial. It was soooo relaxing. Highly recommend the body scrub, I would say that was the best part of the package. We then got offered tea and ended the package after the two hours with a glass of bubbles and petite four. It was expensive however I felt the price was completely comparable to other Melbourne suburbs, so completely worth it.

We booked the Couples Ultimate Indulgence package at Chuan Spa in The Langham, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We walked out feeling like a million dollars. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with genuine care and professionalism. The therapists were fantastic throughout, highly skilled, attentive, and clearly experienced in what they do. They made us feel completely at ease and tailored the experience perfectly. The whole environment was calm, luxurious, and immaculately presented, which really added to the overall experience. You can tell there’s a strong focus on quality and professionalism in every detail. Highly recommend for anyone looking to properly unwind and treat themselves.
