  • I had the most amazing 1-hour pregnancy massage at Comma and honestly, it was the best massage I’ve ever had! 🤍 The whole experience was so relaxing, and I loved that aromatherapy was included as well. The pregnancy setup was incredibly comfortable, and I was so impressed that I could actually lie on my tummy comfortably — something I’ve definitely been missing during pregnancy! Jess did an amazing job! Couldn’t recommend Comma enough! ✨

A nestled away secret in the city that is bliss the second you walk in. From custom drinks, their own products made just for you. I spent 1.5 hours relaxing and unwinding with their soak area. Such a treat to do with my sister and worth every second. I’ll be back every time I visit Melbourne.

It was wonderful. The person in charge was willing to write things down so we understood what to do, how long we had and letting us know when we had 5 minutes left. It’s a small place so no possibility of it being crowded. It’d be great to have a bit more lighting in the hot tub; yet everything was just right.

I had such a wonderful massage with Yoko today. From the moment I arrived I felt completely looked after, and it was one of the most relaxing massage experiences I've had. What really stood out was how intuitive and experienced Yoko is. My muscles are extremely tight and prone to stiffness, and I've often found that even when I ask for medium pressure, massages end up being much firmer than I'd like. This time was completely different. Yoko really listened to my body, adjusting her pressure as she worked rather than just pushing through tight muscles. She gradually increased the pressure where it was appropriate, but never beyond what was comfortable, which meant I could actually relax instead of tensing up. It felt like the treatment was genuinely tailored to what my body needed on the day, and that level of skill and care really impressed me. It's rare to find a massage therapist with this level of intuition and experience. I left feeling so much looser, calmer, and genuinely cared for. I couldn't recommend Yoko more highly and will definitely be back.

Bought a $390 voucher for a couples massage as a gift for my girlfriend. In theory, a lovely idea. In practice, a few too many friction points to recommend without hesitation. Getting a booking was the first hurdle. Weekends are near impossible unless you're planning weeks ahead. We were told an email with available options would be sent — it never arrived, despite following up twice. We eventually secured a 4:45pm Wednesday slot, which was workable but tight given work schedules. When I called ahead to let them know my girlfriend was running about 15 minutes late, there was zero flexibility. Hard 6pm close, and any delay would simply cut into our time. Not exactly the warm, reassuring tone you'd hope for from a premium wellness experience. The massage itself was fine — competent, pleasant enough — but it felt rushed. At 6pm sharp the therapists were done, which means when you factor in getting changed, settling in, and the initial consultation, the "75 minutes" starts to feel generous on paper. We didn't get what we paid for in any meaningful sense. At $390, the expectation is that someone is going out of their way to look after you. The overall feeling was that the business operation took priority over the customer experience. There are places in Melbourne that deliver genuine hospitality at this price point. Comma has the bones, but the execution needs work.
