I had a wonderful experience at Cure HQ. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. They took the time to clearly explain everything about the red light therapy treatment and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Excellent customer service and a very relaxing environment. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at this recovery space! I used the infrared sauna and it was incredibly relaxing — everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, including the shower and all the facilities. You can really tell they care about creating a clean, calming environment. A special shoutout to Ashlee, who made the whole experience even better. She greeted me with such a warm welcome, was super lovely throughout my visit, and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Her friendly energy made me feel comfortable straight away. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing and professional recovery experience!

I honestly can’t recommend CJRE HQ Recovery enough. From the moment you walk in, the team make you feel so welcome, genuinely kind, attentive, and passionate about what they do. The space itself is beautiful, immaculate, calming. The highlight for me has been the infrared sessions. They’ve become something I genuinely look forward to. So grateful to have this locally. I’ll definitely be back regularly.

Highly recommend for all your recovery needs. Such an amazing facility! I’ve been coming here for over a year for red light therapy and the hyperbaric chamber, and it’s helped me continue to train, perform at my best, and feel good throughout my footy season. It’s always super clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Always enjoy my visits.

Amazing facilities and great staff! We absolutely love CureHQ recovery. Come here for our ice baths and sauna’s. Both the infrared and traditional are the best around the north west. Always spotless and amenities are first class. Highly recommend!
