Terrible business. I purchased 3 red light therapy sessions and had one left to go when they stopped offering the service. I messaged them and tried to call them multiple times to see what alternate arrangements could be made and they never got back to me. My last session coupon has now expired. These guys are the worst at getting back to customers and their business contact is just a mobile number that no one picks up. Terrible experience.

Absolute gem of a wellness centre, combination of sauna and cold plunge is perfect for recovery after a tough workout. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming.

My favorite spot to unwind. I've been a member of many recovery centres in the past but struggled with privacy. Whereas Gentle has their sauna and cold plunge in a private room 🙂 The owners and staff always make me feel extremely welcome and I would highly reccomend to anyone who is looking for a personalised and private option for their recovery.

🚫(Transparency & Compliance Focus) Google Review - 🚫 I am leaving this review to raise serious concerns regarding transparency, consumer clarity, and accountability, and to formally request that Google review this listing. During my experience, there was a clear and ongoing lack of transparency around who the consumer is actually contracting with. At no point was it made clear how the publicly advertised business name, the ABN holder, the person taking payment, and the party responsible for refunds and membership policies were aligned. This is not a minor administrative detail under Australian consumer expectations, customers are entitled to know who they are paying and who is legally responsible for their money. While a business may legally trade under a name different from an individual’s personal name, that trading name must be properly registered with ASIC and accurately linked to the relevant ABN. Where a Google Maps listing uses a name that does not clearly align with the legal trading entity or where customers are not informed of the legal entity at the point of payment this raises legitimate concerns under Australian Consumer Law, particularly in relation to misleading or deceptive conduct. Intent does not need to be proven; lack of clarity alone is sufficient to cause consumer harm. Additionally, I discovered that the domain associated with this business is flagged with a restricted status (“serverRenewProhibited Not Currently Eligible For Renewal”). While this does not automatically indicate illegal activity, it does suggest unresolved eligibility, compliance, or administrative issues. For a business selling recurring memberships and wellness services, this is a significant red flag and not something consumers should have to uncover themselves after payment. Taken together, these issues created confusion on the consumer to piece together basic information that should have been clearly disclosed upfront. This is not an acceptable standard when handling people’s money, memberships, or health-adjacent services. I am sharing this so other consumers can make informed decisions, and I strongly encourage Google to review whether this listing accurately represents a compliant, transparent, and properly disclosed business operation.

Very poor communication and no clear explanation of how the weekly membership actually works before purchase. I was not told about booking limitations or fully booked days (weekends) prior to paying, which made it impossible to fairly use the membership within the paid period. When I raised reasonable questions about scheduling and availability, the response was dismissive and inconsistent. Instead of offering clear guidance, extensions, or solutions, appointments were cancelled without my consent and without proper written confirmation of refunds. There appears to be no clear policy, no transparency, and no duty of care when dealing with clients especially concerning body recovery services where rest, scheduling, and planning matter. The lack of professionalism made it feel like the burden was pushed onto the client, with the expectation that people won’t question charges or follow up on refunds. Overall, this was a frustrating experience that wasted both my time and money. I would not recommend unless policies, communication, and basic customer care significantly improve.
