I just wanted to say how impressed I am about the results of the infrared session I had the other day! My facial skin has actually noticeably changed and improved so much. I really wasn’t expecting that at all it is such a surprise! I had so much tiredness and heaviness in my face before. I wanted to try infrared to help with the fatigue and lack of vitality/lifeforce energy I’d been feeling since being back after spending the last 6 months in Chiang Mai. This is my first ever infrared sauna I’ve tried and no joke, after that one session, the next day I looked in the mirror and my face and skin looked like I had woken up in Thailand again 😄 so much youth and vitality and my skin is glowing and even and looks so healthy and uplifted! I am so surprised and thankful. Will definitely be making this a regular thing. It’s also really intriguing me to learn more about it, I’m in the wellness industry myself and looking to bring more body care practices into my work. Thank you so much for providing this wonderful experience 🙏😊

As an LGBT person, I did not feel welcomed or treated with basic respect here. The receptionist — a blonde girl with blue eyes — came across as dismissive and unfriendly throughout the experience. After I left the float pool and was drying my hair, she took my bag out of the room and placed it directly on the floor in a very rude manner. The bag was brand new. When I was leaving, I saw her again, and there wasn’t even a polite smile on her face. She looked at me like I was just some random passerby rather than a customer. I specifically chose this place because it claimed to be LGBT-friendly. After this experience, I honestly don’t believe that is true at all. The atmosphere felt cold, disrespectful, and unwelcoming. I would not recommend LGBT customers to come here.

Best Floatation place in Melbourne! I love the staff and have had so many nice conversations with customers after having floats and massages. And the special tea and magnesium sprays are AMAZING. (Pun intended)

Lovely float space in Northcote. Staff really friendly, young guy has been there the last two times I’ve been and he’s chatty but also calm. The float itself is well ventilated, perfect temperature. The facility is clean, private and provides that so needed detox. Thanks gravity!

Went on my birthday, turns out to be the best thing I could gift myself as a treat. I did float therapy and it was my first time. I had an amazing experience. I highly recommend to everyone out there. Can’t wait to book another session. Thank you guys. ♥️♥️♥️
