Absolutely amazing place, from the moment you walk in the doors, you feel relaxed! The place is such lovely European style vibes with the beautiful arches and the team all lovely. My hubby organised a body massage and facial and we had such a wonderful service overall. The therapists worked so magically, offering respect and great experience during treatments. We left feeling so peaceful and revitalised!

I recently had an incredible experience at Holism Retreat at Chadstone Hotel, where I completed a series of three HIFU treatments with Julia and Eva. From start to finish, the level of care, professionalism, and expertise was exceptional. Julia and Eva made me feel completely at ease, taking the time to explain the process and tailor each treatment to my skin’s needs. The results have been amazing - my skin feels noticeably plumper, firmer, and more toned. There’s a beautiful lift and overall glow that I honestly didn’t expect to this degree. If you’re looking for a natural, non-invasive alternative to injectables, I can’t recommend HIFU here highly enough. A truly luxurious experience with results that speak for themselves.

What an amazing experience! I booked a 60-minute hot stone massage and it exceeded all expectations. My therapist, Apple, was incredible — I felt so comfortable and relaxed I didn’t want to leave. The interiors are stunning (hard to believe you’re in Chadstone) with a real luxe feel. I can’t wait to come back!

From the moment I walked into Holism spa I knew I was in for something special. The calming scent of essential oils, soft ambient music, and warm smiles at the front desk instantly made me feel relaxed. I booked a 75 min massage with hot stone add on and my therapist Woody was exceptional. He took the time to ask about any problem areas and adjusted pressure throughout to ensure I was comfortable. His technique was both intuitive and skilled, melting away the knots in my shoulders and lower back without ever feeling rushed. The treatment room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with dim lighting, heated tables, and soft linens. I particularly appreciated the little touches—a warm towel under my neck at the end and herbal tea offered after the session. Prices were reasonable for the quality, I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and mentally recharged. If you’re looking for a true sanctuary to unwind and reset, Holism is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be returning and trying more of the experiences and treatments this spa has to offer. Highly recommend!
