A wonderful experience from start to finish. The spa is clean, elegant, and very relaxing. The therapist was professional, attentive, and tailored the treatment to my needs. Had one of the best massages with Laura. She is knowledgeable and welcoming. Alyssa is also friendly and has great personable skills. Love that there’s hot tea and snacks after the massage too. Hope to come back soon!

We booked a couples package for our anniversary and had such an amazing experience at the spa. After recently completing our half marathon, this was exactly what we needed. The massage was incredible and the pressure was perfect, so much tension was relieved from my neck and back, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The facial was also beautiful and left my skin glowing. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and you can tell the therapists genuinely care about creating a special experience. If you’re staying at the Sheraton or just looking for somewhere to unwind in Melbourne, I’d definitely recommend booking in. We’ll absolutely be back!

Absolutely wonderful massage experience at the IOMI from the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming and beautifully relaxing. The deep dive massage was exceptional The therapist was professional, attentive and clearly very experienced, taking the time to focus on areas of tension and leaving me feeling completely refreshed and relaxed afterwards. The peaceful experience was finished big with tea and snacks, which prepared me for my return to reality and the test of my city adventure. Highly recommend for anyone needing to unwind and reset in the heart of Melbourne. ⭐

We came in for the Seasonal Autumn Restore Ritual at IOMI Spa at Sheraton Melbourne Hotel and it was exactly what we needed. It had been one of those weeks, and from the moment we arrived, everything just slowed down. Melissa the host is absolutely wonderful and makes the whole experience really great. We first made the most of the pool and steam room beforehand, which I highly recommend - don’t skip this part, it really sets the tone. The 90-minute hot stone massage was incredible. Properly relaxing but also worked through tension in a way that felt intentional, not rushed. My masseuse Mariam was fabulous. You could feel your whole body switch off. The facial afterwards was just as lovely - super hydrating and left my skin feeling fresh and glowy without being harsh. What stood out most was how calm and unhurried everything felt. No pressure, no noise, just a genuinely peaceful space to reset. We walked in stressed and left feeling like completely different people. Absolutely divine - we’ll be back.
