I can’t recommend ReGen Wellness highly enough. It has become one of my favourite places to unwind, recover and simply take some time out. I’ve been visiting weekly for the infrared sauna, and it has played a huge role in my recovery from recent injuries. It’s become an important part of my routine, helping both my body and mind recover. The facilities are absolutely first class—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed and such a peaceful, relaxing environment. From the moment you walk in, you feel yourself switch off from the outside world. A special thank you to James, whose generosity and kindness have meant so much to me. (Posting on behalf of my father - Tim Wertheimer) I have only just started on a membership at ReGen Wellness. In short, it has totally exceeded my expectations. This is a complete haven for peace & tranquility. I was looking for complete privacy & high levels of hygiene practices. ReGen Wellness delivers on all counts. They have a wide range of unique services all under one roof. And, to top it off the business is independently owned by a young couple who are hands on and run it with love and care.

I discovered this place after having moved from Sydney where I used a much larger, communal sauna and cold plunge venue. ReGen is a far smaller but a more hands on service oriented model. James and his team are first rate, service-wise - nothing is too much trouble and they are always very friendly. I can highly recommend this venue. My sauna preference is the 60 degrees mPulse option contrasting with the less cold plunge option.

Had a great experience here. Tried the oxygen tank, PMF, ice bath, sauna, and red light therapy and was really impressed with how good I felt afterwards. The facilities are clean and modern, and the staff were very helpful. Left feeling more energised and relaxed. Highly recommend.

Regen Wellness is truly a hidden gem in South East Melbourne. With a wide range of wellness modalities, it feels like a mini health retreat right in the local area. The facility is spotless and well maintained, with friendly staff always on hand to assist. Fresh towels are also provided for each new session, which adds an extra level of comfort and care to the experience. The highlight for me is the combination of the Amplify high-heat sauna followed by an ice bath—an incredible way to reset both body and mind. While there's only one Amplify sauna and it’s not always available, the two mPulse saunas are excellent alternatives. The mPulse units also include LED light therapy, which is a great bonus for those interested in additional therapeutic benefits. The ice baths are another standout. One is set at 6°C and the other at a brisk 3°C, offering a more intense challenge—especially after the sauna session. The mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT) was a fascinating experience, and I only wish I had more time to enjoy longer and more frequent sessions. PEMF therapy was relaxing, though my main focus was on the sauna, ice bath, and mHBOT, so I didn’t notice lasting effects from it. For those doing contrast therapy using separate rooms, the addition of a robe really enhances the overall comfort and ease of the experience. While the membership pricing is on the higher side, the attention to cleanliness and detail is outstanding. Every room feels freshly prepared, as if you're the first guest of the day—even at closing time. Regen Wellness is well worth it if you’re looking to de-stress and invest in your health and wellbeing.
