I was lucky enough to experience the head to toe package with a 45 min reiki session added on. My whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. Booking process was easy. Instructions where provided on how to find the location, Warmly greeted, My therapist was amazing, checking in along the way to make sure I was comfortable. High recommend and will definitely visit again next time I am in Melbourne

What a wonderful experience. My husband bought me the Princess package (body treatment, Japanese tea, aromatherapy massage, spa facial treatment). Just wow!! Amazing, peaceful, wonderful smells, zen music, would highly recommend. Staff were friendly and the lovely lady that looked after me today was fantastic. I think I need this monthly!!!

I had a deep tissue massage at Sensu Spa and it was one of the best I've had. The therapist was clearly very experienced and knew exactly how to find and work through the tight knots in my back and shoulders. They used slow, controlled elbow pressure that was firm but never excessive, and I could feel the tension releasing throughout the session. The spa itself was clean, relaxing and professional, making the whole experience even better. I left feeling refreshed and with much better mobility. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend Sensu Spa to anyone looking for a quality deep tissue massage.

Yuki was excellent. I had a great experience with my first ever pregnancy massage and walked out of the session feeling much more relaxed. She found areas of tension that I didn’t even realise I had! I would definitely return.

If I could give more than 5 stars to Sensa Spa, I absolutely would! My partner gifted me the Japanese Princess Package for my birthday, and it was such an unforgettable experience. The Babor facial was incredibly refreshing, the aromatherapy massage was so relaxing, and my absolute favourite was the Sakura body scrub—I honestly felt like I had a brand new body afterwards! The staff were amazing—so kind, professional, and genuinely lovely. They made the whole experience even more special. I highly, highly recommend Sensa Spa. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💖
