If you haven't been to the Wellness Social Club, make it your business yo get there. It is the best experience i have ever had. I am a member and value for $ you pay is outstanding .I have been a member for a couple of weeks. Some days (most)i stay for 3 to 4 hours! And come out feeling so revived. The staff are amazing, and will always do their best to accommodate. Today i had a massage with Tegan she is so professional and really knows what she is doing. Why is she so good you ask, she always has one hand in contact with your body. It makes such a difference. Thank you to the Wellness Social Club.

Always a wonderful experience at this wellness centre every visit. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making every visit enjoyable. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and create a relaxing atmosphere. I especially love the sound bath sessions—they were deeply calming and helped me completely unwind. The Pilates classes are also fantastic, with knowledgeable instructors and a great balance of challenge and support. If you’re looking for a place to relax, recharge, and improve your wellbeing, I highly recommend this wellness centre!

Easily the best cold pool I have ever experienced. The Finnish Sauna is the perfect temperature for a solid sweat, and the classes are fantastic. The breathing classes in particular really teach you how to relax and reset the nervous system. It’s an immaculate, well-run space.

I still can’t get over how amazing this place is. Every time I’ve been, the staff have been an absolute delight. I love the Hyperbaric chamber, it’s actually a real chamber, and unlike dive chambers it is not claustrophobic at all. Did I mention it’s absolutely beautiful. If I don’t come with my partner next time I fear she may divorce me. Next time I’m here I’m doing the combination PEMF and Red Light bed, and the contrast therapy again. Their hot and cold plunges and large traditional sauna are well maintained and comfortable to use. All in all 7 out of 5 stars would probably do it, but for Googles sake we will have to settle for 5/5 Thanks for having me again, I can’t wait to be back again soon to do it all again 😊

I had the best experience here!! Everyone is so kind and the services are top-tier. I would especially recommend the breathwork class (Angela is amazing!) and I loved the magnesium pool and cold pool as well. I also got to use the HBOT (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy) and loved it. Overall, such a wonderful space with good energy. Everything about this place is incredible!
