About
We have built a temple of relaxation for our wellness centre using sacred geometry, which is derived from patterns and proportion systems that exist in nature. This elevates the spatial experience in line with the heightened mental state one achieves through floating, infrared sauna’s and Contour light sessions.

Beyond Rest is a sanctuary tucked away in Moonee Ponds. If you’re wanting to put yourself and your health first then I highly recommend you attend. Mary and the team are amazing! I regularly do the float tank and the red light sauna. A+++

My float experience at beyond rest moonee ponds was fantastic from start to end. Although I've been floating in the past multiple times Marie gave me a quick tour and gave clear instructions for an optimal float. The isolation and water temperature were perfect, which was definitely not the case in many past experiences elsewhere and the most important factor of experiencing a good float. This was my best float so far. Thanks again!

This place is a divine sanctuary! It is an absolute haven of rest and recovery from the harshness of the world. Everything has soft edges, a muted colour scheme, incredibly wonderful staff who do everything they can to help you feel welcome and relaxed, and of course the float tanks are just the most sublime experience. I have been there dozens of times and never want to stop! It’s always such a wonderful reset for my nervous system.

I cannot recommend or rate the experience that I had at Beyond Rest Moonee Ponds, enough. This was my first ever float and I would like to personally thank Mary and her amazing team for welcoming me into this beautiful space and for opening up my world to floatation. The care, energy, attention and knowledge experienced at this exceptional space is second to none. I emerged from my float feeling grounded, restored, peaceful and deeply relaxed. Mary, you are truly the best and I will absolutely be visiting again.

Been doing this for several years and this is the best floating centre I've found so far. They even offer a set of headphones that can be used to play different relaxing sounds. Tanks are huge and definitely the nicest I've encountered. The place is very well maintained and the staff is very helpful and warm. Love sitting in the lounge to have some tea and gather some thoughts after floating. Prices are very reasonable and the IR sauna is also quite enjoyable.
