We have built a temple of relaxation for our wellness centre using sacred geometry, which is derived from patterns and proportion systems that exist in nature. This elevates the spatial experience in line with the heightened mental state one achieves through floating, infrared sauna's and Contour light sessions.

I had my first float here today and the experience was amazing. Felicity was wonderful, super friendly, professional and so helpful which made the experience so much nicer as I was feeling quite anxious this morning going in and she helped make me feel so much better. Absolutely loved my experience at Beyond Rest in Prahran! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the various services they offer. The space itself is beautifully thought out, creating a serene atmosphere that truly feels like a temple for relaxation. Every detail is designed for comfort and tranquility. I left feeling rejuvenated and at peace. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

Had the best experience doing the contour therapy and sauna. The girls were extremely helpful and supportive for my first experience. Such a calming and positive energy from all staff members. Recommending to everyone I know!

I had such a wonderful experience here. The centre itself is beautiful and relaxing. The staff were friendly and really know their stuff. The whole experience was smooth and calming, and I left feeling so much better. I’ll definitely be back! Definitely recommend the red light therapy too.

This centre is so relaxing and the girls are amazing. I chose the infrared light therapy and the vibration plate. I booked the 8 sessions, I’d go once a week and if my schedule allowed, I’d go twice a week. I used these sessions for my stress levels and inflammation, having said that I have lost around 4kgs. I didn’t really change my any of my eating habits and I only walk my dog, so I’m attributing my weight loss to coming here. It was also helpful with sleeping. Highly recommend A++++
