Always such a great experience at Beyond Rest. I’ve been a few times now and the float tank is always so relaxing. The space is consistently clean, peaceful and well looked after. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to switch off and unwind!

Fairly new to Beyond Rest. As soon as you walk in the door and take your shoes off, you feel a sense of calm. I’ve been using the infrared saunas. The place is immaculate, so clean!! I wish I had more time after the sauna to put my feet up in their quiet seated area and enjoy a cup of tea before heading back home to my toddler!

As someone living with chronic migraine, I was absolutely thrilled to discover Beyond Rest in Hawthorn. If you’re looking for float therapy or deep relaxation in Melbourne, this place is something special. Everything about the experience was soothing and easy. The online booking was simple, my arrival and orientation with Maddie were calm and welcoming, and the whole space felt thoughtfully designed to help you unwind. Maddie made the whole experience feel effortless. My float pod space was spotless and very easy to navigate. Every detail felt intentional and well cared for. The hair and makeup station was a lovely surprise — clean hair accessories, excellent quality hairdryers, and a space that felt just as considered as the pods themselves. Two small tips for future guests: I didn’t bring deodorant and wished I had, and I also didn’t bring hair styling products, which I’ll definitely remember next time. Most importantly, I’ve come out of the pod deeply relaxed and in much less pain. As someone who experiences migraine, that’s no small thing. In fact, I’m writing this review from the relaxation lounge with a complimentary tea and water… and honestly, I may just not leave. Thank you to the team at Beyond Rest Hawthorn — I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Melbourne. Delicious.

The centre is kept in such pristine condition. The rooms and float tanks are super clean and the design of the centre is so beautiful. I’ve had fantastic results using the red light contour therapy and adore the infrared sauna. The cocoon is great for an instant energy boost and detox. Can’t recommend them enough. Best wellness centre in Melbourne by far. Staff are incredible too.

Thank you for taking me on this journey Beyond Rest! What a beautiful space, full of calm energy and Denise is such a gem. She took me through the place and I felt ‘at home’ right away because I knew where everything I needed was placed. She also took me through the different kinds of floats and recommended the one that would suit a first time floater. Felt calm after my float and had a chance to regroup my thoughts at their lounge. Don’t stress as there is ample street parking around the building. Cant wait to come back for my second float experience 🌺
