My partner and I had the most amazing experience at City Cave Braybrook! We booked the infrared sauna, float therapy, and a relaxing couples massage, and every part of our visit was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful, spotless, and incredibly relaxing from the moment we walked in. The infrared sauna helped us completely unwind, the float therapy was such a unique and calming experience, and the couples massage was exactly what we needed professional, soothing, and deeply relaxing. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already looking forward to coming back. If you’re looking for the perfect place to relax, de-stress, and spend quality time with someone special, we highly recommend City Cave Braybrook. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

It was my first time at City Cave, although I am very familiar with some of the options they have at this Float and Wellness Centre. From the moment of stepping in the door, the attention to detail was truly evident, and the customer service exemplary. As it was my first time, I was given a quick tour of the facilities, and all throughout you can see that City Cave Braybrook is very much about offering the best service to ensure you get the most out of your experience, and are keen to return. The massage therapist was very attentive to ensure that she focused on area(s) of concern, and the float room was clean, with all ammenities required. Just remember to bring your own ear plugs... thank you for the complimentary ones. It is without hesitation that I recommend City Cave Braybrook and I will definitely be returning. Parking near the facility is plenty too. Definitely worth the Five Star rating.

Had a deep tissue massage here and it was honestly amazing! I had Junve (hopefully I’m spelling her name right!) and she was incredible. I asked for a deep tissue massage and she really got into all the knots and worked them out so well. I feel so much less tense and so much better overall. She was so lovely and made me feel really comfortable, and the place itself is beautiful and relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely amazing experience every single time! The team is incredibly understanding and genuinely cares about their clients. Even when I’ve been late, they always make sure I still get my full session, which shows how much they value customer satisfaction. The service is consistently professional, welcoming, and thoughtful. I always feel looked after and know they have my best interests at heart. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and caring infrared sauna place!

I absolutely loved my float experience. It was my first time trying it out and I loved it. It was amazing. I was worried about it being one of those cocoons but it was an open private room that didn't feel overwhelming or claustrophobic at all. It was so relaxing and my body and joints feels amazing. I suffered an injury last year and it was the first time in a year when I haven't been aware of it. It was spectacular, highly recommend giving it a go. Also the staff were just so lovely, friendly and warm. I booked another two sessions immediately.
