    Beautiful peaceful studio. Float tank experience was amazing. So relaxing and eased all my tension. Also had a massage. Masseur was very knowledgable and also treated an existing injury.

    What an amazing experience right in the heart of the southeast suburbs! So relaxing and tranquil. The staff were so insightful and welcoming! I have definitely found myself a new wellness space!

    The team member who assisted me throughout my 2 hour session was so lovely! I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door The atmosphere was calming and I was able to completely relax! I left feeling refreshed Highly recommend to anyone wanting some alone time or even a date night/gift!

    I spent the afternoon with my wife and daughter for our first Cave experience. Float tank then a 45 minute massage. Wow we feel fantastic. Excellent service and people. Can’t wait to come back.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely incredible experience! I took my partner here for her birthday and booked the Couples Complete Wellness Experience. It was the perfect surprise and easily one of the best gifts I’ve ever given. The 3.5 hours flew by in the most relaxing way possible. We started with a private infrared sauna, followed by a 60-minute float therapy session in our own room (the weightless, silent floating was surreal and deeply calming), and finished with side-by-side massages. Everything was seamless, the facilities were spotless, and the staff were friendly and professional from start to finish. We left glowing and super relaxed. It was such a beautiful way for us to slow down, detox, and reconnect. Highly recommend this package for couples, birthdays, anniversaries, or just because. We’ll definitely be back!
