Best infrared sauna experience I’ve had in Melbourne. The rooms were clean and spacious and the shower is a nice touch. The staff were ultra friendly too. Would 100% recommend and will 100% be back.

I had the most relaxing experience at Urban Sanctuary, in Abbotsford, today. It has such a cosy, welcoming feel to it. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I opted for the Express experience, which allowed me to experience 4 of their therapies. This involved the LED bed, infrared sauna, magnesium pool and compression. The order in which the services were done was perfect! All 4 therapies left me feeling so rejuvenated, detoxed and relaxed. I’m so impressed with my Urban Sanctuary experience that I have already purchased a gift voucher for my husband’s birthday! Do yourself a favour and make a booking.

Went to Urban sanctuary for the first time and I was amazed at how lovely and calm the space felt. All the staff were so kind and welcoming. The sauna session was so relaxing I’ll definitely be back for more and to try out the other services they have!

Had the most amazing experience at Urban Sanctuary! The team were incredible and so welcoming, and the space was super relaxing I had a facial with Erin and a sauna, it really has everything you need! It was so easy to get to, next door to Collingwood station, and the vibe really is a sanctuary - I will definitely be back!
