It was my first float therapy and it was a very relaxing and uplifting experience. Initially booked in the 30 min session but ended up doing the 60 min. Enjoyed so much so that I have booked the next session and bringing my wife along. The team was very professional, welcoming and warm. And I really love the calm and clean atmosphere of this place. Love it!

Such an amazing experience! I had a remedial massage by Olivia, who has magic hands and a fabulous technique. Urban Sanctuary really is a sanctuary with so many wellness options and the staff are so friendly and professional. I also loved the extra room to relax after my massage. Highly recommended!

The team at Urban Sanctuary have always gone above and beyond to tailor my recovery sessions! Firstly they are always welcoming and knowledgeable of all treatments and benefits. I attended after a sporting event for which they put together a recovery package. Would highly recommend the float tank and compression boots if you have not tried before I was pleasantly surprised by the benefits and experience! I enjoy private recovery / wellness spaces and if you do then this is definitely worth experiencing

Had an amazing experience at Urban Sanctuary Ivanhoe. The space is calm, beautifully designed, and feels completely private. The float session was incredibly relaxing and left us feeling reset and recharged. Staff were welcoming and professional. Highly recommend if you need a proper mental and physical reset.

I had the most amazing experience at Urban Sanctuary in Ivanhoe. I tried a 60-minute Float and absolutely loved it. The private room has its own shower, and you can choose music or silence, lights on or dim — perfect even if you’re worried about claustrophobia. Everything is beautifully set up with Alchemy products and all the little extras like wipes, micellar water, combs, deodorant, and hair styling products. I also did Compression Therapy which was really enjoyable. The attention to detail and level of care here is outstanding. The staff are very professional, welcoming and reassuring. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their services, and the package deal for four different modalities is excellent value. Highly recommend!
